Hi You have a few choices:
1.- rent a car and drive there. Attention- it is better to rent a car from an International Company, like Herz or Avis, or other at airport. because in case of accident, they REALLY do have an insurance... the little vendors in the street, it is not sure.
and not much more expensive then in the street...
2.- Take a ''Taxi-meter'' and cut a deal with him they have good cars and drivers who do speak some english.
3.- try to 'cut a deal with a 'red public taxi' but not sure it is cheaper then taxi-meter, but certainly less confortable.
