Also on the Northside enjoy delicious, giant burritos at Mayan Palace at a reasonable price, or try Los Nopales in Lincoln Square, where they are known for serving "street-like" authentic food, particularly their guacamole. If you love guacamole, then you will enjoy Adobo Grill in Lincoln Park where they make the guacamole table side. For a more gourmet experience, be sure to try Las Palmas in hip Wicker Park. This upscale restaurant is comfortable and unpretentious, yet keeps a festive vibe and offers a menu with a creative twist on the traditional cuisine. For another upscale option, check out Zapatista in the South Loop, especially if you are seeking something romantic. Enjoy your meal in the dark wood dining room, or out on the large patio.
