• Built-in 1878 as a multi-family home, it was converted to a single family dwelling in 1999 by the current owners. Careful attention was paid to preserving the original plaster moldings, multi-piece trim work, doors, leaded glass transoms, soapstone fireplaces and ten-foot high ceilings. The house was built in the Victorian "Italianate-style" and as such has a yellow stucco façade. The renovation included all new plumbing and electrical, new hardwood flooring throughout, new baths, and a new kitchen. Guests will enjoy the suites with private baths, the common area gas and wood-burning fireplaces, the library/study, the fully-equipped exercise room, the eat-in kitchen, the 600 square foot outdoor deck, and common areas of the home where you can relax and watch a movie, root for your favorite sports team, or disappear with a good book.
