- Guests at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown liked its convenient downtown location just one block away from the Magnificent Mile and close to numerous restaurants. Guests were impressed by the large, clean and comfortable bedrooms with comfy soft beds and plenty of pillows. Most guests thought the hotel was quiet, but one did complain about a noisy room.
