Enjoy the garden view, while relaxing in the comfortable living room or while having expanded continental breakfast in the upper level dining room. All 4 guest rooms (3 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 twin beds) have private bath with toiletries, hairdryer, iron and board, ceiling fans and individually controlled A.C. Most bathrooms feature extra deep soaking bathtub in addition to a shower. Rooms feature a private phone line with free local calls, ample workspace, TV/VCR/DVD, clock radio, cd player and Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy our video library and wide selection of Chicago guide books. If you love architecture, the Chicago Architectural Foundation River Boat Tour is an experience you won't want to miss. Complementary refreshments, fresh individually brewed Keurig coffee, hot or iced tea, hot chocolate, brie and crackers are available to all our guests. Garage parking is $25. nightly, in an assigned space, with full in/out privileges in a high rise building directly behind our B&B. Do you like to workout?
