    • Guests found the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Chicago less than desirable. The rooms are dirty and dated with many guests not pleased with the quality of their rooms. The rooms are not sound-proof and can get quite noisy. On a positive note, most guests found that they beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful view of Navy Pier or the Chicago River from the windows. Guests also appreciated the helpful staff and the indoor swimming pool. Some guests have indicated that the hotel is being updated so if you can get an updated room you might be really enjoy the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
