Description:
- Guests liked the wonderful central position of the Swissotel Chicago, which is within walking distance of tourist attractions like Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park, shops and restaurants. The rooms are absolutely clean and the beds were comfortable and inviting with fresh and clean linen, although some guests were unhappy with room noise from the air-conditioner. Rooms on the higher floors had good views, but those lower down had a view of a construction site. Some guests reported problems with the large flat screen TVs in their rooms not working properly.
