    • The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago is in the heart of downtown and on the Magnificent Mile. It is, thus, convenient to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Guests mention that the room cleanliness is hit or miss but praise the 'Heavenly' beds with soft linens and comfortable pillows. Rooms are, however, a little on the small side and many still have somewhat dated decoration and furniture. The showers are nice, but are in small bathrooms. Some guests complain about thin walls. Guests do appreciate the extremely friendly and helpful staff and overall high quality of service.
