• Kevin Ashtari has been roasting his own coffee for some time now; beginning with his time in the Navy when he used a tricked-out grill to bring higher quality beans to the base through his time in Spain and Seattle until he purchased a custom 12-kilo roaster for his Chicago cafe.  He now uses direct trade raw beans from Chicago's Crop-to-Cup co-op.  You can enjoy espresso, cortado, and cafe con leche in addition to his signature 12 oz. drip (brought to you via porcelain conical pour over).  According to Ashtari, "that's all you need!".  Whether or not you agree, you'll love the fresh, full-bodied taste of his in-store roasted coffee.
