You control the size of your meal by using especially designed chips that stop or allow the service to continue. Before embarking on the high protein journey, you are invited to visit the spectacular Salad Bar that includes over 40 items, from vegetables to seafood, such as Sushi and Oysters, that allow you to make your own. Vegetarians or those wanting a lighter dining experience can opt for the Salad Bar only for a reduced price.
