NileGuide Expert Says:
The tapas menu here is pretty extensive. This restaurant is smack in the middle of Lincoln Park, so after your meal (or before), take a walk around and see several historic homes in the blocks surrounding the restaurant.
- Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! is an amazing tapas restaurant located in the heart of Lincoln Park serving the traditional small plates of Spain in a festive, Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests can feast on dishes such as grilled squid in olive oil, shrimp with garlic & red pepper flakes, Spanish cheeses, garlic potato salad, rioja short ribs, empanadas, chicken & chorizo skewers & many other unique and traditional items such as Paellas, Toro Brochetas and Calderos. They also make their own Sangria in flavors such as Passion Fruit and Black Raspberry. The outdoor patio is the place to be from early Spring through late Fall where guests can sit under the sun or stars. Private dining is also available for groups of 10 or more and you can even have them cater your next event in your home or in your place of business. Review all upcoming events at: cafebabareeba.com.

Message from Café Ba-Ba-Reeba
Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba, Chicago's first Spanish restaurant, serves fresh, authentic Spanish cuisine in a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The menu features Spanish tapas, hot and cold appetizers meant for sharing, as well as paella, a typical Valencian rice dish made with vegetables and meat or seafood. You'll be tempted by the Pintxos ("peen-chos"), one or two bite snacks popular in Northern Spain, which are the perfect way to sample your way through the vast Mediterranean menu. Everything goes well with Sangria, a famous wine "fiesta" drink made from fresh fruit, wine and liquor. Don't miss the large outdoor patio decorated with the sights and colors of Spain.
