  The Food
  French cuisine with bold flavors gets high marks. A quail appetizer with wild rice and a citrus-tinged sauce is delicate and delicious; silky foie gras melts in the mouth. Notable entrees include tender duck-breast medallions and aromatic rosemary-flavored polenta, complemented by savory-sweet orange sauce. A special sea bass entree harmonizes nicely with delicate turnip puree. To complete the meal, flaming desserts for two include bananas foster, cherries jubilee and crepes Suzette.
