David Burke's Primehouse - Chicago

  • Description:

    • Primehouse is hip New York chef David Burke's gift to Chicago. Menu-wise, the name of the game is dry-aged steak. The restaurant gets all of its product from the famous Creekstone Farms in Kentucky, home to some of the world's finest beef—and a stud bull named "Prime." Primehouse then dry ages all these premium Creekstone steaks in an in-house salt cave. How many steakhouses can make that boast? Needless to say, everything here is mouth watering. This restaurant also does a decadent lobster for the beef wary, and their brunch is famous for its creative variations on Eggs Benedict.
