- This restaurant has enjoyed great success and popularity since its opening. The restaurant is operated by Ted Holleb, Michael Holleb and Arnie Krause. Their goal has always been to serve the highest quality, most consistently prepared American comfort foods in a relaxed family atmosphere. The Holleb brothers and Mr. Krause have operated restaurants on the North Shore since 1984. All three were involved in the Claim Company operations for many years. Additionally, they have managed such restaurants as Maggiano's Little Italy, Stir Crazy, Timbers and Zarrosta Grill to name a few.
