We use fresh and high quality ingredients. Key spice blends such as the all-important Garam Masala are made fresh in-house.
Besides serving fresh and authentic Indian food we experiment with other cusines, for example the Lobster Kama, Shrimp Sunaina and Chicken Lemon Tadka are a fusion of Indian and French styles. Chilly crispy potato, a spicy take on fries, is a derivative of American and Indian. Chilly Chicken is a classic from Delhi which combines Chinese and Indian. Lamb Okra has Middle Eastern influences.
The ambiance is also a fusion of Indian and European styles with deep plum textured walls lit by Henna painted lamps.
