- While this restaurant offers an efficient carry out option, and the River North location offers delivery, Kitsch'n is a restaurant that one must experience in an all out sit down meal. The restaurant is adorned with an appropriate amount of kitsch, which lends for a tastefully campy experience. Yet, while you may come for the enjoyably throw back atmosphere, the highlight of Kitsch'n is the gourmet variations on traditional comfort foods from Mac n' Cheese to homemade soups. For example, the meatloaf, appropriately called Not Your Mom's Meatloaf, is elegantly prepared and comes with such eclectic ingredients as a rich port wine gravy.
