Although La Bamba serves the standard range of Mexican fast food--tortas, tacos, quesadillas--the signature item is the burrito, which comes in three sizes (miniature, regular and super) and is stuffed with steak, pork, chicken or chorizo plus beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
