    • With a trademark on the word "Buttercrust", Lou Malnati's in River North serves up some the finest Chicago-style deep dish pizza available.  Pick your favorite toppings and have them baked into layers of delicious melted cheese and covered in Lou's special tomato sauce made of vine-ripened California plum tomatoes.  They also offer thin crust pizzas, for those of you who don't dig the deep dish, along with appetizers, pastas, soups, family-style salads, sandwiches, and desserts.  Grab a pre-dinner drink at the full bar.  For gluten-free folks, Lou's will serve up a crust-less version of their finest pie.  Frozen versions are available for shipping!
