Founded by Jonathon Segal, and based on the miniature burgers served at another famous Chicago restaurant, P.J. Clarke's, Minnie's offers everything from miniature PB&J to a miniature Reuben. Other highlights at Minnies include the popular "Infamous Frites," which are essentially delicious fries that come with a Frite sauce.
