Description:
- The Shanghai Terrace housed in the Peninsula Hotel serves authentic Chinese Cuisine (Cantonese and Shanghainese), as well as smatterings of food from the Asian subcontinent. The restaurant has been designed to resemble a 1930's Supper Club in Shanghai, and the red hues as well as miniature Chinese artworks add to the glamour factor. A few highlights from the menu are Tuna Sashimi, the Five-spice Duck and the Wok-fried Lobster, which is reportedly the super-star dish! On the dessert menu, the creamy Coconut Sorbet with a Sesame Cookie atop Sake-soaked Tropical Fruit seems to get a lot of attention - so why not give it yours?
