- First of all, this place is a DRIVE-IN! That alone should spark your curiosity. Fun, retro, and campy—there are carhops here, darn it. But, if that's not enough, wait until you try the world-famous, all-beef Superdawg, loaded with trimmings (mustard, onions and relish). It's been a Chicago classic for over 50 years. A dawg, cola and a few yummy fried accompaniments won't break the bank. So bring your appetite and cash only! Also, bring a car—not only does it help with the esthetic of a drive-in, this is one of the few places in the city that is tricky to get to via public transportation.
