• With only twelve seats and something new up on the chalkboard menu, you may have to fight your way into Artisan Catering Rick Spiros' new Bucktown BYOB.  You must try the barbecue bulgogi accompanied by house-made kim chi and the short rib with rice noodles in a chili Thai basil broth.  The menu covers Korean, Japanese, and Thai cuisines, and while most of the items are familiar favorites—hoisin glazed meatballs, tempura spicy tuna roll—you'll also venture into new territory with pork belly yaki soba with ginger scallion sauce and duck confit and butternut squash curry with chili jam.
