Description:
- Nuclear Energy is a sculpture, in bronze. This marvelous creation by Henry Moore is located in the campus of the University of Chicago. It was erected on the 25th anniversary of the splitting of the atom. Standing 14 feet tall and 8 feet in diameter, this sculpture symbolizes the human skull for some spectators. While others feel it resembles an atomic mushroom cloud. But whatever the perception, this piece of art lures every eye.
