Marie-Paule and Patrick Descoubes change the specialties daily based on what's fresh and good at the marketplace. Locals as well as visitors appreciate the value and the reliable cooking techniques. A particularly delicious meal may include cassoulet of lobster and scallops with vanilla-flavored butter, carpaccio of sea scallops with fried leeks and herb-flavored vinaigrette, stingray with Camembert sauce, and roasted filets of codfish with Münster cheese cream sauce. If you don't like fish, the owners prepare delicious steak.
