This is a trendy place in Cholula, nearby the Pyramid. Here you'll find all kind of bagels, with meat, vegetarians, pizza bagel or anything else you can think of. It's not as cheap as one would expect for a bagel, and they're a chain restaurant, so that takes away a little of originality, but they are still really good.
