Addington is one of the oldest areas of Christchurch and staying in this old Gothic-revival style architecture is way to get close to that history. about 20/30 mins walk intot he centre of the city and on a bus route. Free off steet parking, good kitchen, pool table, big screen TV, and free shuttle to Christchurch Railway Station for Tranzalpine and Transcenic journeys
