• NileGuide Expert tip:

Make a booking or chances are you will not get in.

    Description:

    • You'll have to beat back the crowds to get into what is claimed to be New Zealand's only Burmese restaurant. It's a place of humble decor, small taste plates, and sensational flavors that you'll remember for hours after. Make sure you try the pickled tea salad and the sautéed squid with chile and basil. You can keep ordering as many little dishes as you like until you're full.

    • And only in Christchurch for Burmese! Friendly people, great food, pickled tea salad a must. Excellent to go with a group as you then get a chance to sample a wide range of dishes.
