- Don't expect anything regular when you step into Blue Marlin. It is an all out sushi bar in the main shopping area of Cologne. As early as 1998, it was the only sushi establishment in the area, and still continues to be one of the best. All the fish is flown from Paris and moderately priced. The interior has a very aquatic feel to it, with fish murals adorning the walls. Check out the live shark tank while you wait for your food. On the whole, a very fulfilling experience for any sushi connoisseur. Check website.
