Description:
Brauhaus im Walfisch isn't easy to find, but it's a good choice for atmospheric dining. This step-gabled inn with a black-and-white timbered facade dates from 1626. More importantly, it serves excellent food. There are many German specialties, often influenced by French cuisine. You might try the sole meunière or venison for two.
