Downstairs is a notably large shoe section and a slightly out-of-place section for Diddl and Southpark merchandise. You can also buy candy and alcoholic beverages from the US. An Africola fridge offers cold drinks, and the glasses are right beside it. You should only bother the sales people if it's urgent, as they seem to have more important things to do.
