- Summit Lounge is a part of Summit, but is an attached lounge to the restaurant. As gorgeous as its bigger sister, it is complete with stylish touches of an interesting green, bar stools, LCD screens and comfy seats. IT is perfect for that aperitif with the boys or a drink after a dinner date. The wine menu here is impressive and the cocktails even more so, with signature cocktails like the Sparkling Summit, Mountain Mint Lemonade or the Caiparissima de Oro to name a few. Being a lounge, it mainly serves as a bar but to beat those little pangs of hunger, guests can enjoy "Small Plates" which are a sample tasting of the dinner menu. Sweet Potato and Pear Soup and Beer and Cheese Fondue are some of the specialties of the delicious fare. Opens everyday at 5pm.
