I would recomend you go to Vama Veche , it`s near the boarder with Bulgaria. It`s a very nice place and with very ok prices . Per room u should not pay more than 30E.
As for eating out u should pay around 20E-25E for a table for u 2 and the little kid, eating and drinking

I will check for you soon. But please let me know more details, as from which date to what date. How many person, what you are travel with (car, plane van, etc). Would you like me to find a private house , a private apartment or an hotel nice and quite elegant and with a fine price? Only in Constanta or would you like to stay in doesn't matter which place at the sea shore?

CONSTANTA CITY:
2* - EUR 852
3* - EUR 672
4* - EUR 1,077 – 2,886

EFORIE NORD RESORT:
Boarding house – EUR 600
3* - EUR 1,149

NEPTUN-OLIMP RESORT:
4* - EUR 1,374

Mamaia and Eforie Nord are more suitable for kids because the entrance in the water is smoother.

yes if u have a car i know a villa is 10 m from the sea in Eforie at 16 km from Constanta is very nice and they have an aparment

I would recommend Villa Adelina, in Eforie Nord.
They rent rooms with bathroom, new building, 2 years old, new furniture, nice terrace, with a little place for kids, barbeque and garden furniture. Price is very low this time of the year. For 20EURO per room per night.

I was there myself with my wife and our son, togheter with my sister in law with her husband and their son. We spent very good time. Plenty clean restaurants and terraces where you can eat what you wish, very cheap if you want, very expensive if you are fancy a night out with good quality wine and special dishes. A little far from sea side, but nice to walk there.
