And even though this farmland brewery is some 3,600 miles from Belgium, the brewers are absolutely passionate about the very specialized science of creating the European beverage. Using their own strain of yeast, high-temperature open fermentation, and warm cellaring, they've created small batches of award-winning beers that are strong, hoppy, and worth the trip out of town. Tours are interesting, and you'll get some free samples.
