• The exclusive, guest-list only nightclub NASA in the Boltens Gård courtyard between Gothersgade and Store Kongensgade was the talked-about in place during the late 1990s in Copenhagen. Money seemed no object, reality TV shows like Big Brother were producing overnight stars and everyone wanted to be famous: The minimalist club NASA, with its Kubrik-esque, 2001-style total white interior, guest-list only policy and slick elevator ride from street level to club was the kind of nightlife ordinary people dreamed of being allowed entry to, symbolic of the glamorous lifestyle just out of reach. Times have changed since then - belts have tightened and lifestyles become more humble, and NASA's radiant white glow has lost much of its sheen, but the club isn't quite finished yet. For those curious to see the place for themselves, the guest list-only club is happy to allow entrance to non-members, providing they display 'a good attitude and smart dress,' according to management.
