Modelling itself on a German beer hall, Zum Biergarten is located around the side of the brightly-coloured Palads cinema in the country's oldest industrial building, dating from 1857. The bar offers a large selection of bottled beers from all over the globe – especially Germany - and are the only sellers of Californian micro-brewery Lagunitas outside the U.S. The big attraction though is the beer garden, along with Zum's participation in annual events like the Copenhagen Jazz Festival.
