Ask for one on the fifth floor if you'd like a good view of the sound. If you need to make a phone call, you can do so at the reception desk. The hotel lies behind a redbrick facade along a street running parallel to the port near the bus and train station and the departure point for the ferryboat to Sweden.

This is one of those "hotels" that has an advantage on price and location, but fails to deliver on the basics. I'd tend to describe it as a "Guest House" rather than a hotel for reasons...
