- Opened in summer 2010 by the folk behind Nørrebro's Michelin-starred Thai restaurant Kiin Kiin, US-styled diner Burger & Bun aims to make Copenhagen's best burger. All burgers are priced the same (at DKK 125, on the higher side of average) and are made with 200g of premium-quality organic Danish beef served with organic salad and ketchup in a sesame bun. Choose from American (with bacon & cheese), Italian (blue cheese & rocket), Mexican (with avocado & chilli) or Barbeque (with a spicy barbeque sauce, onions and bacon). Fries should be ordered seperately (DKK 35 a portion), while drinks include all-American style millkshakes and L.A. lager from local microbrewery Mikkeler.
