    Description:

    • Cofoco stands for "Copenhagen Food Consulting", and over the last decade what started as a small take away business has grown into a local food empire with eight restaurants and a catering service. Cofoco, located close to the Central Train Station, is the firm's original restaurant. It started out offering one good evening meal from a set menu in an intimate dining experience; as a contrast to the group's other eateries, Cofoco has now changed its concept to offer a choice of four small dishes (about the size of a starter) that can be matched to your liking, for DKK 275—the quality is the same, the portions are just smaller and more abundant. Dishes range from beef tenderloin with three types of cauliflower and a truffle sauce to apple ice cream with shortbread and thyme. The decor is unchanged: Smart yet simple, with seating at long wooden tables. Reservation strongly advised.
