• Found on a street corner in the heart of Vesterbro's tiny Chinese community behind Copenhagen's Central Train Station, Fu Hao is a small, inexpensive Cantonese restaurant well off the usual tourist path but known to locals looking for good, cheap and authentic dim sum. Its neon light and rather dubious street life outside disguise an attractive interior, with heavily varnished wood panels and small as well as large tables. Similar to the system used by Copenhagen's smørrebrød restaurants, the classic Chinese lunch is ordered from a lengthy list covering both sides of an A4 sheet of paper for you to tick off and hand back to the waiter.
