- Restaurant Kadeau is a well-established and popular summer restaurant on the Danish vacation island of Bornholm, located in the Baltic between Sweden and Poland. In late 2011 the restaurant opened a Copenhagen version, with a year-round kitchen, in the premises of historic coaching inn Den Sorte Hest at the far end of Vesterbrogade close to the Carlsberg Center. In fresh and inviting surroundings, this regional kitchen offers innovative, seasonal dishes like grilled brill fish and cockles with cabbage and black salsify, all made from Bornholm-sourced produce; a three-course menu is available for DKK 450. The restaurant opens for evening meals only and is closed Sunday and Monday. Reservation recommended.
