Kalaset - Copenhagen

  • Description:

    • Kalaset on Vendersgade is very popular for its burgers which come in a vegetarian variety too, called falafel. This place is an organic restaurant and gets all its ingredients from bio-farms. While the food is not cheap it comes in sufficiently large portions. Kalaset is also known for its brunch. The sides include potatoes with rosemary, french fries and cheese. The decor is very unique and interesting and the restaurant itself is furnished with second hand furniture from the 50s and 60s which gives it a cozy feel.

Homely food very popular with the locals

    • This is a very nice and extremely busy small café/restaurant. The prices are relatively affordable by Copenhagen's standards. The coffee and pancakes (raspberry) were very tasty....
