Description:
- As you might guess from the name (the wine expert), Le Sommelier is known for its extensive wine list as much as for its brasserie-style French cuisine: The winning combination has earned the restaurant a Michelin star. Its 39-page wine list has wines from all over France as well as other countries, with mid-ranged bottles in addition to those costing several thousand kroner, while the location, across the road from the the Design Museum, is in one of the smartest parts of town. Le Sommelier is known for its attentive service and the head chef, Francis Cardeneau, formerly of the now-closed Kommandanten restaurant. The team behind Le Sommelier also own Japanese Umami and MASH steakhouse.
