• Claus Meyer has become something of a celebrity in his mission to promote simple, traditional Danish food and ingredients, as chef, proprietor, author and TV cook. Not only is he part owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Noma, his food is also available far less exclusively from the three branches of his deli: the original Meyers Deli can be found at Gammel Kongevej 107, while another is located in the basement of Magasin department store on Kongens Nytorv and the third on the edge of Kongens Have park. The cafe and take-out menu includes fresh-baked breakfast rolls, a lunch menu of salads and soups, and take away lunch boxes filled with Danish goodies like small island apples and pork from Southern Jutland, for 150kr.
