- Around the corner from busy Kongens Nytorv square, Pastis Fishmarket is the new little brother to French bistro Pastis on Gothersgade. The fish bistro opened in December 2010, and is modeled on the informal, lively fish halls of France, where the quality of the produce—together with an excellent wine card—are placed above the fanciness of the decor. The restaurant, which offers both lunch and dinner dining, also has an extensive champagne menu—both by the bottle and by the glass. Mains start at DKK 175 on the ever-changing menu.
