Located in the atmospheric 17th century vaulted cellar of Moltkes Palace (part of the group of palaces that includes Amalienborg Palace), this exclusive gourmet restaurant promises a 'sensory culinary experience' based on a modern interpretation of classic Danish cuisine. It's not cheap, but you wouldn't expect it to be - AOC earned its first Michelin star less than one year after opening, in spring 2010.
