Its immaculately-presented dishes are also climate-friendly: As one of a handful of 'Klima' restaurants in Copenhagen, Julian is dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint and buying its products from responsible, sustainable buyers only. The restaurant's brunch is especially popular; reservation is possible. Children's portions start at DKK 55 and are as freshly made as the adult versions. The eatery's sister restaurant, Julian Toldboden, is located a short walk from the Little Mermaid (reopens March 30 2012).
