Rio Bravo - Copenhagen

  • Description:

    • A popular western-style restaurant with simple Danish cooking, Rio Bravo is located in the center of town, near the Town Hall square. This is one of the few places in town where you can come to eat late at night; the kitchen closes at 04:00. There is a special ambience that hits you like a horse kick as soon as you enter the Rio Bravo! The air is filled with smoke and all the tempting smells from the kitchen. This dark, oblong restaurant is decorated with various Western-style artifacts, such as old carriage wheels, and a figure of an Indian. Instead of regular bar chairs, you sit on saddles here. The food you get here is Danish cuisine at its simplest and best. Every day you can get deep-fried Slices of roast pork with parsley sauce and potatoes. The smell in the restaurant indicates that this is a popular dish. It is quite salty, so you'll need some glasses of draught beer to go with it.
