Located on the museum isle of Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen, the Royal Danish Arsenal Museum has housed the nation's weapons since 1604 – only becoming a museum in 1928. The vast collection is one of the most extensive in Europe, and the vast hall is pretty impressive in itself. During school holidays, the museum also offers special activities, including jousting displays. Check the museum website for details.
