Depends what you mean by traditional. Cafe Europa, on Amagertorv in the center of walking street Strøget, offer three varieties of breakfasts as well as a brunch plate in a continental style (European) while O's American Breakfast & Dinner on Gothersgade (not far from Kongens Nytorv) is the place for American breakfasts.
