Hi,
Legoland is in Billund which is on the half peninsula called Jylland. You will need to drive app 260 km to get from Sjaelland (where Copenhagen is) to Billund. You can either rent a car or take the train. The train would be cheaper. Since you are staying right next to the central station I would suggests you go to the DSB ticket office (DSB is the name of the public transportation and rail system) and ask them how best to get to Legoland. As for muslim meals I wouldn't know but when in Copenhagen I would suggest go to the part of the city called Noerrebro which has a large Muslim population and, hence, food.
Enjoy your stay!
